We already know the results, but it’s still fun to watch the final table replay of the Sunday Million to fill in all the gaps and get an idea just how the latter stages of the biggest online event of the week panned out.
This week Joe Stapleton took on commentary duty as NHalabardzie progressed past a field of 6,809 to win a first Sunday Million title and a prize of $192,500. That was part of a two-way deal with eventual runner-up 1Don’tStop1, who collected $167,836.06.
The situation heads up
It would end with a thriller. Hand 129 was bottom set vs. top set with the nut flush draw on the flop. Both players took their time getting their chips in but there was really only one outcome to the hand, as you’ll see in the video below.
Don’t forget, we’re only two weeks away from the 9th Anniversary Sunday Million with enormous prize money up for grabs. In the meantime, enjoy highlights from this past Sunday.
