EPT11 Barcelona: Griffin Benger on the lack of information when playing live

August 26, 2014

There’s been a lot of talk this week about the slow pace of play and we don’t mean the new slow motion action replay feature on #EPTLive So Sarah Grant talked to former number one ranked online tournament player and EPT9 Berlin High Roller winner Griffin Benger, about how play changes from online to live.

Dealers – nothing wrong with their speed this week

They discussed how despite being conditioned to play multiple tables, why online players can take far longer when just playing a single table playing live and why Benger thinks amateurs might make quicker decisions than professionals.

Follow all the action from the tournament floor on the main EPT Barcelona page. There’s hand-by-hand coverage in the panel at the top, including chip counts, and feature pieces below. Follow the action from the High Roller on the High Roller page. There’s also EPT Live, which is streaming action from Day 5 of the Main Event.
