EPT11 Barcelona: Anton Wigg – the pot-limit Omaha oracle

August 21, 2014

There are 43 events as part of the #EPT100 festival here in Barcelona and in many of them the participants will get more than two hole cards.

Such was the case in Event #12 a €2,000 NLH / PLO Turbo mash-up. That event was won by EPT Copenhagen champion Anton Wigg in which the popular Swede beat a 157-strong field to win €70,800.

All in all that made him the perfect candidate to explain some of pot-limit Omaha’s trickier terms to Sarah Grant, so if you don’t know your dangler from your bare ace bluff, listen up.

Follow all the action from the tournament floor on the main EPT Barcelona page. There’s hand-by-hand coverage in the panel at the top, including chip counts, and feature pieces below.
