2.35am: This is the end
Level 20 has finished and so has Day 2. Full chip counts are coming, but our likely chip leader is Rudy Blondeau, with more than 500,000.

2.20am: Last one out
The last elimination of the day goes to Jose Santiago in 37th place.

Santiago moved all-in from the hijack for 84,000. Mario Donoso did the same and moved all-in for 200,000 from the cutoff. Everyone else folded.

Santiago showed 2♠2♥ and Donoso flipped over A♥A♦.

The board brought no miracle card (not even a glimmer of hope) for Santiago and he was knocked out in 37th place, earning R$8,120.

2.05am: Straight tie
Some races are bound to end in a tie.

Sander Aalders raised to 18,500. To his left, Marco Caicedo decided to call. Claudio Baptista moved all-in for 50,000 from the cutoff.

Aalders decided to go all-in as well, and Caicedo decided his best option was folding. So he did.

Aalders showed A♥K♣ and Baptista turned over J♣J♥.

"Vamos!" Baptista chanted, hoping for his jacks to hold up.

The board came 7♣4♠5♥3♣6♦, giving both players a straight and half the pot.

1.50am: Sexy time
We're in the money, and its 1am. Things are getting sexy.

Richard Gui moved all-in for 45,000, and action was folded to Engelberth Moreno in the big blind.

Moreno made the call and Gui announced, "alright, I don't know what I have. I went in blind. You probably have me crushed."

Moreno showed 4♣4♦, ahead of a random hand.

"Come on, let's have a flip," said Gui as he flipped over A♠3♣. Not a flip, but he still had an ace.

The flop fell J♠A♥5♠ and Gui said, "someone's sexy."

The flop and turn kept Gui in the lead and he said "that's who sexy," while he pointed at himself.

Gui now has 95,000, but Moreno stall has him covered with 107,000.

1.45pm: Humongous lead
Rudy Blondeau has leapt to a huge lead, up to more than 600,000 after finding pocket queens. He was up against ace-king but found a favourable board waiting for him, reading: A♥Q♠4♦K♣J♣.

1.35am: Change of plan
Tournament officials have announced that we will be playing one more hour tonight and not down to 24.

1.30am: And we're off again
Blinds are now 4,000-8,000 with 500 ante as we test our professionalism with a new level. Only 40 players remain but we play down to 24. On we go.
