Noah Boeken’s day never seemed to get going and he became the latest Team PokerStars Pro to be sent to the rail when he re-raised over the top of a bet worth 735, making it 3,400 to play. The flop read J-4-6.

“I think you have kings” said his opponent, adding that he intended to call. Noah showed aces but was overcome by pocket-jacks.
There was good news though in the form of PokerStars Sponsored Player Jan Heitmann. The young German pro, who also happens to be a magician as well as a pianist (a ‘piano disappearing’ act would seem obvious), now sits with 60,000 after an all-in hand that fell nicely to him.

With three limpers and a flop of Q-T-4 the big blind shoved for 6k with J-9; the under-the-gun player called with aces, whilst Jan moved in with Q-T – a nice leg up for his already above average stack, and worth a re-telling to countryman George Danzer over to check out the fuss.
