APPT Cebu and NAPT Los Angeles were already under way, then IPT Malta started - and now FPS Lyon has begun as well. It's a quartet of live PokerStars events (we're not just about online poker, you know).
Lyon saw a field of 324 gather for Day 1 at Casino Le Lyon Vert in eastern France, with 150 of those having qualified online with PokerStars. They generated a €342,144 prize pool, of which €88,444 will go to first. 48 players will be paid.
Yesterday saw Anthony Chaneto from France finish as Day 1 chip leader with 423,500, followed by Rupert Elder with 357,500. The average stack is 114,000.
A total of 71 players will sit down for today's Day 2. You can follow the action on our sister French blog, and Google Translate is available for non-French speakers.
