As we mentioned a few days ago, PokerStars is bringing Ante Up to Africa to Europe and the EPT Grand Final in Monte Carlo. If you're anywhere in the vicinity, you don't even need cash to buy-in. You can do so directly from your PokerStars account.
Anyone can get into European Ante up For African via their PokerStars account. It's possible directly through the PokerStars software for $5,275. VIP Club players (PlatinumStar and above) can even use PokerStars W$.
For players who have already made it to Monte Carlo and don't have a chance to open up their PokerStars accounts, just head to the registration desks in the lobby of the casino. Direct buy-ins costs €4,000 cash. Players can also ask to use $5, 275 out of their PokerStars accounts while in Monte Carlo.
The Ante Up for Africa event benefits the humanitarian relief efforts in Darfur. The tournament runs April 27, 2009 at 6pm in Monte Carlo, Monaco. Already scheduled to play:
