Today (and by today, I mean, today, tonight, and this morning) has been a day of more action than just about any so far in the World Series of Poker. Since there's been so much going on, here's a quick wrap-up of everything we've been watching.

What's more, we can't finish the day without mentioning the accomplishment of one of Team PokerStars' newest members, Vanessa Rousso, who made a laudable run at the final table of the $5,000 short-handed no-limit hold'em event. Rousso finished in 8th place for more than $61,000.
In other news, Event #31 ($2,000 NL Hold'em) started the day with more than 2,000 players and went on for more than 12 hours. Here's the PokerStars players who survived to play on Day 2:
