We're on the verge of reaching the final 16 teams in the PokerStars World Cup of Poker. Only one tiebreaker remains before the teams go to the final Group Championship fight on May 20. Those matches will send the winning teams to Barcelona, Spain for the live matches.

Americas --Brazil and one of these three: Costa Rica, Mexico, or Venezuela (Tiebreaker is May 12 at 11:00pm ET)
Europe North -- Iceland and Norway
Europe Central -- Ireland and France
Europe South -- Israel and Spain
Europe Eastern -- Hungary and Poland
