If it wasn't for some early 200AD drainage action by the Romans, Spalding in Lincolnshire, England would be pretty much underwater. And if it wasn't for the town's annual Tulip Festival, there would be precious little to talk about in Spalding either. Until today that is - when 31-year-old PokerStars qualifier Alex Beresford knocked WPT Champion Martin de Knijff out of the EPT Grand Final.
