Jeff "yellowsub86" Williams has once again risen to periscope depth and proven he is no flash in the pan tournament winner. Williams, the young University of Georgia student, won the 2006 EPT Grand Final in Monte Carlo for more than $1 million in March. Since then, Williams has continued to show he's not a one-hit-wonder.

In what is always a hotly contested battle, Williams rose to the top of the PokerStars Tournament Leader Board last week.
